My cat Simba saw Dr. Fenner today. Being an RVT doing curbside at my general practice, I can tell you it’s not fun...the rain, having to call pet parents to review the exam & treatment plans. The staff today was fantastic. They were busy with transfers from the ER but they called me a couple times to let me know my pet was doing fine & the dr would be calling. Dr. Fenner was very thorough in discussing what could be going on & arriving at a diagnosis & treatment plan. Thank you to Dr. Fenner & staff for helping Simba & I tod... read more

They don’t treat paying customers with respect. Period.

Business response:

Thank you, Todd, for taking the time to review our hospital. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. Your concerns have been shared with our hospital leaders and it sounds like we could learn a lot from talking more specifically with you about your experience. One way to do that would be to email reviews@medvet.com. We hope to hear from you.

We had to rush our cat there from his vet on a Friday night. He was in kidney failure and had a blood clot in his bladder. he didn't even get there until close to 9pm and by 1am one of the vets had called me to say he was already improving!! I got called every morning, afternoon and evening to get updated on his condition. Everyone I spoke to was SOOO nice and truly cared about our Simba! He is almost back to his normal self and got to come home Tuesday! MedVet even called today to check on him and go over all of his medicat... read more

They are NOT a 24/7 facility. They may be open but if you take your pet in on a Sunday it will be forced to wait until Monday morning for proper treatment. Our dog is paralyzed because they waited to perform an emergency surgery. Our dog had IVDD. Every website or research we have looked at states the first 24 hours is critical for a good outcome. Our regular vet also said it is critical. Yet they told us an overwhelming body of evidence shows otherwise. When asked to provide this "evidence" they could not and refused to do ... read more

Business response:

Hi, Sherry. We're sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, but this was not at our location. We do hope your dog is doing better. We will pass along your message to the hospital you were visiting.
