Excellent service and caring concerned staff. I was seen in a timely manner and felt that both my pet and I were in great hands!! I called ahead of time and the lady at the front desk knew exactly who I was when I arrived. I didn't want to put my fur baby down to fill out/ update paperwork, so the receptionist filled out everything for me! There is one person who works here who needs to be fires. Utter disrespect for peoples passed loved furry friends. On 6/30/17 we had taken our white cat here to have his paw prints done. Burried him a few hours later and when we opened the box to get the prints out...he was stuffed in the box with zero care or respect. Neck and face were scrunched up, fur was a mess, etc. Every other cat we have taken there to be printed after passing had been handled with love and care. When you find yourself and your pets in trouble after hours for your regular vet these folks do the best job, and care for you and your pet. We have been going there for several years and will continue to use their services after hours because they do care. Thank you
The entire staff is fabulous. Care is top notch. These people love your furbabies. No attempt at up-selling you on treatment. They are honest in their estimates and recommendations. Highly recommended. Our Annie has received excellent care.
What a wonderful experience – I was extremely stressed out when I brought my four legged baby in with breathing issues and a swollen shut eye. Everyone was kind and professional - the wonderful young lady managing the front desk, the vet tech who took my initial information and examined my pup, and of course Dr. Thompson, the veterinarian who solved our problem. Highly recommended – I am relieved to know that such a place exists for any vet emergency needs 24/7.
