My friend passed these screenshots along to me this evening, because she knew we were just at Medvet with our Yorkie. The people in these photos are supposed to be educated veterinary technicians, the equivalent of a human RN. As most of you know, I have an immunocompromised child. You can't even trust that "medical professionals" are taking this pandemic seriously or taking ANY precautions whatsoever. I don't care if these girls aren't human nurses. These guys are crooks!!! Do not take your pet here!! We have a puppy who has a heart condition, their solution? Euthanize her. No bedside manners or compassion. They made us re-due the same test our Vet just did the day before ( that she sent over to them) to the tune of over $300 before they did what we came for, see a cardiologist. I should have read the reviews before we came. My poor wife had to sit out in the parking lot for over 5 hours. These people should be ashamed to call themselves any form of doctors. RecommendedI’ve been to MedVet for emergencies, surgery consults, and checkups with my own dogs and those of family and friends. There isn’t a better place to go if you want a knowledgeable, professional, and loving atmosphere for you and your animal. I’ve gone to the other available emergency option and will NEVER make the choice to go there again. Yes, it’s expensive but, what emergency service isn’t? I’m a firm believer in getting what you pay for and MedVet always delivers.
RecommendedI went to MedVet a few weeks ago for my senior kitty Leo who suddenly got very sick. I called many places and they were the only ones willing to take me as a new patient on a Sunday evening. I had to make the very difficult decision to put my baby down that night after having her for 13 years.
