The staff was courteous, caring and professional. We had to come in for an emergency and left comforted and pleased with the service we received. They treated our Italian Greyhound like one of their own. They did a thorough examine, explained procedures in detail and only performed what was required. We had to drive a little further from our home to get there, but it was worth it!
My acct was sent to Intuit after explaining deposit,Ck clear timing off. Ck did clear 2nd time deposited. Total bill over $6k. Overpaid near $2400 due to collections Intuit sent at me.Many calls to Ofc to settle and told no longer a client & don’t come to facility to settle when I got frustrated because staff had already told me I was due a refund.No refund & 1 of owners on phone refused accountability. Not my 1st issue w/this practice but is my last.
This was my first time at Prince William Emergency when my beloved Blue passed away suddenly around midnight. I called hoping they would still be open. Staff on the phone was excellent & told me to bring him in. During this extremely emotional time all the staff was comforting, caring & treated my baby with great respect. If you ever find yourself with a fur baby emergency this is definitely the place to go.
Our baby jd had been seen a couple time by Dr. Smith and his great staff ! Sadly after 16 years with our baby and great efforts by Dr. Smith our baby passed away ! This was a great loss to our family and they have sent us prayers and comfort along the way ! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR OUR FAMILY !
