RecommendedJames was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained everything clearly, and evaluated our toilet situation thoroughly. It turned out we needed some of the repairs we thought, but James explained why some work was not needed. I appreciate that he was thoughtful about the process and didn't sell us things we didn't need.

Josh T was very polite and considerate. He explained everything in laymen’s terms and provided us with options. We didn’t feel pressured into anything and are very happy with the installation. Additionally, Josh was able to install toilet despite 4 kids running and screaming in the house. It was crazy once kids got home from school but it didn’t seem to phase him at all. I would recommend Pride Plumbing to anyone and will definitely use Pride Plumbing again. Amanda

I've used Pride Plumbing for several occasions with plumbing needs for my house. They are all so very helpful and considerate. They schedule me in with 24 hours each time I need them for a plumbing need and I feel I'm being included in the knowledge of the work being done each time. I feel a great relationship of trust has formed with the company.

Excellent service! Our technician, David V., was on time and professional. Did exceptional work, left the area spotless, and made excellent recommendations. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be using them again. My wife reminded me that we also got excellent service from Josh T back in June when we had a burst pipe. Did a great job assessing the situation, explained the solution and then carried it out perfectly. Whether it is an emergency or something you want to update, Pride has it al covered.
