Absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Devinn. He showed up within the window of time I was given. He was extremely thorough, explaining everything about the project in my house as well as doing the free home inspection that Pride offers. James at Pride Plumbing completed a repair today and I am very happy with the result! He was polite, followed Covid protocol and answered all of my questions fully. I already have decided to have him back for another service in a few weeks. Prices are good and the workmanship is great! this is the 3rd time Pride Plumbing has done work for me. the level of knowledge and willingness to carefully explain to newbies like me is wonderful. Before contacting Pride Plumbing, 2 other contractors came out to my home and could not identify where the leak was coming from. Devine Wingate identified where the leak was coming from in less than 15 minutes!! He Did an Awesome job fixing the problem, he Explained everything thoroughly, and finally put my mind at ease!! No more leaks! Superb Customer Service! Excellent job! WMerced
