RecommendedI like knowing when they are coming and that they call if they can come earlier. Sam S was very respectful in the way that he discussed options with me and my husband. I know that the job of fixing an old shower with a different brand of faucets was not his #1 choice solution but we were just trying to keep an old shower going until the complete overhaul. He was able to get the old system into good shape which was exactly what we needed. Would gladly call them again!

I am so thankful to Pride Plumbing of Rochester. We've called them twice already since moving into our new home, and Eddie came out to help us both times. The first time, Eddie gave us expert and honest advice about our issue of water leaking into the basement. It was pouring rain and the end of the day on a Friday, and Eddie was still very dedicated in making sure he could help us despite not performing a formal service for us during that visit. Eddie, the servicer worker was polite, kind, and covid safe- he had a mask on, gloves, and boot covers. Eddie tried a few different things just looking at the toilet, then he nexpained the tool he needed to use and the cost of the service before he did anything so we knew the cost upfront. Eddie then used his tools and fixed our toilet. He then cleaned up. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing Services.
We needed a new vanity and faucet installed. Pride plumbing said they'd be here around 1. David V. made the courtesy call, and arrived on the dot. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A positive and refreshing experience. So many companies now don't even return your calls! We needed a new water heater. Pride plumbing said they'd be here around 2:00 Keith made the courtesy call , came even earlier. They were at our house by 8:20 the next day to install. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. It was, all in all a very positive experience. We will definitely use Pride in the future and will request Keith & Josh Thanks so much!!!
