Excellent, friendly people. They took some information over the phone and had us check some things before they came. Steve came masked, found the issue and explained everything and the cost upfront. He worked quickly and efficiently. Great service!
I needed a pipe to the hose out back replaced because every time I turned the hose on it leaked into our house. Sam V. was here in a timely fashion. He was very polite. He knew right away what the problem was. He fully explained the problem then went on to explain how to avoid that same problem in the future. When he was done with the necessary work, he asked if I was satisfied with the work that had been done. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all. I would recommend Pride Plumbing and Sam V.

I needed a relatively small job done, including a replacement faucet and disposer. I figured it would be weeks before any plumbing outfit would spare a resource to come and do a job so small. This was the third time we've used Pride over the past few years. It's always a three step process: first they inspect to find the problem, second they tell you what they found and exactly what it will cost to fix, and finally they do the job.
