History Established in 1969. February 1962, Arthur Hood Jr. and Arthur Hood Sr. purchased a dealership in Fort Walton Beach. Seven years later, Arthur Jr.'s son, Preston, purchased the Florida dealership from his father and grandfather, and Preston Hood Chevrolet was born.

I cannot boast these guys enough. I just bought my first car through them, they held my hand the whole way and pulled every string possible to get me the car I wanted. As cliché as it sounds the sales men Chris wall, Kenny Chong and Jake really did make me feel right at home and comfortable about everything. Highly recommended!
My wife and I were vacationing in Fort Walton and needed to stop in Preston Hood Chevrolet due to a low tire that uses Nitrogen on my 2010 F150. All I can say is it was the best service by friendly people I've ever had at a dealership. Brad took extremely good care of us and even gave a complimentary car wash when they were done.
