your sales staff thinks it's funny when you come in to buy a car an ask for the bottom line. Then when you tell them that they are way out of the ballpark , they bad month you an basically call you a liar asking for proof. I can go to Bob Fisher Chevrolet in Pa. an get a car or truck cheaper then Preston Hood. The local car dealer work better with you. I will never ever buy a car from you ever again. The service department went above and beyond to fix my vehicle and take care of me while it was in the shop. Major thanks to Brian and his team of techs for everything they did. Will definitely use Preston Hood Chevrolet for all my future vehicle purchases.
Brian Durham let my daughter sit there for two hours while he did work on her car knowing that she was at the wrong shop for service instead of telling her she needed to go to Gary Smith for her service then charged her 135 dollars when she had the ez care car plan then told her to go get a reimbursement! Real slimy! Don’t let your daughter go up there alone for service he will take advantage!
