Yesterday i had to be towed to preston hood cheverolet because the computer in my car mulfunctioned. I got a service theft deterrent light about two weeks ago. Then my car wouldnt start and this went on for a full two weeks. I called preston hood and they told me that my bumper to bumper warranty expired last month. How convenient. I took my mother's car in because it was having issues. They were fairly busy so I was there a couple of hours. All the employees that I dealt with treated me like they actually had known me and we had been friends for years. I was very comfortable. They fixed the problem and told me if I had anymore issues to bring it back and they'd be more than happy to look at it. I would highly recommend Hood Chevrolet.
I will never again buy a used car from here! They sold me a Honda and within a month the tire pressure light turns on but all my tires are fine. I contacted Jason in services and he said he was going to fix this issue for me and would call me back, he never did! I attempted to re-call several times but he was always busy and no one bothered to help me!
