Just found out tonight through CarFax that Preston Hood rolled the odometer back on my used car purchase by 54,000 miles What kind of bullshit is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would like to take the used car dealer that sold me the car .....and you know whop you are.........and have a little talk out back I call Bullshit!!

I guess that because my chevy suburban is a 2001 with 140,000 miles on it it is a huge piece of shit and isnt worth fixing the brake lines on or brake booster whatever is wrong or else these people are a bunch of lazy cocksuckers that cant do simple jobs. What a fucking crock of shit!!!! Also trying to get ahold of there service dept is a god damn joke. I guess no one can call anyone back. Great Service! Had issues with my Yukon last Friday while we were in the area for our National Softball tournament , I called Friday morning and they got my vehicle right in and repaired the same day so Thankful as we were leaving back to Illinois on Saturday morning, Great Dealer and So Thankful for Mike Albright and his help !

We were on vacation from New Orleans in Florida recently and our suburban's ac went out. In looking for a close dealership, we happened upon this one. From the initial phone call until we walked out the door the very next day from Preston Hood with a fixed car, we were given the highest quality customer service. My husband and I traded in my Chevy Malibu for a beautiful Dodge Dart and had the best service. We asked them if they could match Kelly Blue Book value for the dart and they did just that. They also gave me almost exactly what I asked for my trade in value for my Malibu. We did discover that the touch screen in the Dart wasn't working so we brought it back the next day and they offered to fix the touch screen free of charge! I had a wonderful experience here with Dallas and Joann. After losing my 2000 Cavalier, my baby of 12 years, to a deer the day before, they helped me with my purchase of my new baby, a 2013 Spark. We recently bought a gently used Ford escape from them. We are financing it and they gave us a great deal and low monthy payments. The buying process was very easy and quick and everything was explained to us so we could understand. This was our very first vehicle purchase from a dealership and it couldn't have went any better. Every one was friendly and we had a great experience. So far, no issues at all with the truck. We are planning on buying again from Preston Hood next tax season after we pay this truck off :)
