Big Thanks to Jennifer Kraus for getting my 1/16/15 service appt. scheduled in a timely manner, and to Charlie, my service tech, for being so helpful and kind. I was quoted a 1 1/2 - 2 hour service time, and my car was ready in one hour! And, not only did the service dept, do the required maintenance, but they also went above and beyond with some additional inside cleaning. My car looks great and I am very pleased with everything. I am a happy Preston Hood customer!
