Great customer service. I was helped and provided options with the budget provided. I was not pressured or rushed. Took the vehicle for a day and purchased the following day. 5 stars for service, honesty and military appreciation.
I think they should get their act together and stop making customers in the service department look stupid. I hope you let Jayson Pelt "The Buck Stops With Me " read this. If someone from Preston Hood tells me information over the phone I should be able to believe them; it's not my responsibility to call Jayson to get the TRUTH !
I found out a week ago the Tahoe I bought from Preston Hood 2 years ago had the odometer rolled back 2 times before I bought it. Instead of it having one owner as I was told, I was the fourth owner. Instead of having the 100,000 miles I thought it had, it seems to have twice as much. I need to trade the vehicle in but cannot do it with an odometer roll back on record. I contacted Preston Hood when I found out but they have not contacted me with a solution to my problem.
Service department is great, especially Jeff T.! He always takes good care of me and my Cobalt.

Well travel is always an adventure. Yesterday I got out of the truck and when I went to get back in the handle broke so Mayda had to let me in. No big deal a little inconvenient but doable till I get home. Well we stopped for gas and low and behold the inside latch will not open the door.
