Best realtors in Beacon Hill Jen and Kristie helped us find a wonderful apartment in Beacon Hill, and they did so very quickly. Other realtors in the area were unable to find anything good in our price range, but Jen really listened to what we were looking for and found a perfect apartment. Presidential Properties got me the best deal in Beacon Hill. Kristie and Patricia were delightful to work with and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Kristie did a good job negotiating for favorable lease terms despite the landlord's recalcitrance. While I would have liked to have the landlord install a new carpet and received some break on the broker fee, I nonetheless firmly believe that I got the best deal in Beacon Hill. Presidential Properties is ideal! Kristie and her mother Patricia were able to find me a 2 bedroom apartment in Beacon Hill that allows TWO dogs. I can recommend Presidential Properties, with full confidence, to anyone in search of a place in Boston. I was very worried that I was not going to be able to find an affordable place that was also pet friendly.
