Fantastic Beacon Hill Apartment Rental I rented my first Beacon Hill apartment thru Presidential Properties this past June 2012. The process was very easy and well organized. I responded to a craigslist ad, a rental broker (Kristie) responded to my email with in 20min! and asked for my search criteria. Professional, Honest and Very Dedicated Both Kristie and Patricia were very helpful and quick in finding us an apartment. Once we knew what we wanted they did everything possible to secure us the place. I felt very comfortable with them, never felt rushed and trusted them completely.
