Fantastic Beacon Hill Apartment Rental I rented my first Beacon Hill apartment thru Presidential Properties this past June 2012. The process was very easy and well organized. I responded to a craigslist ad, a rental broker (Kristie) responded to my email with in 20min! and asked for my search criteria. Best realtors in Beacon Hill Jen and Kristie helped us find a wonderful apartment in Beacon Hill, and they did so very quickly. Other realtors in the area were unable to find anything good in our price range, but Jen really listened to what we were looking for and found a perfect apartment. Presidential Properties got me the best deal in Beacon Hill. Kristie and Patricia were delightful to work with and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Kristie did a good job negotiating for favorable lease terms despite the landlord's recalcitrance. Presidential Properties is Boston's finest Kristie managed to do in a day what other realtors took many days to do. I needed an apartment fast and in the real estate off season. Since Kristie has the town wired, she got me a great deal on an awesome space. She has also been there after the move to help me get acclimated and to even print a few things when I couldn't find my printer cables!
