I have used Presidential Properties since 2011 for my rental properties, and I have never been disappointed! They are professional and take care of everything including background checks on prospective tenants. I initially had done the renting of my unit myself but had issues with tenants being responsible and paying on time. The tenants I have had have been great since using Presidential Properties. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any future rentals!
