Dan has no consideration of the actual tenants who live in the apartment he's showing and thinks it's okay to notify us an hour before he shows up. And then does it again when we asked him for more notice — clearly a lack of professionalism with this company.

1/5 stars Super unprofessional. Were really uncompromising on timing to see the apartment (they offered 5:15 on a Friday then a 3 on Saturday and were very uncompromising with our work schedules). On top of being uncompromising, got back to us the *day of* to confirm the time. So we tried to make it work and my partner left his job early in order to make their apartment time, but obviously it’s at rush hour, so he informed the agent he was running late.
