RecommendedI have used Presidential Properties since 2011 for my rental properties, and I have never been disappointed! They are professional and take care of everything including background checks on prospective tenants. I initially had done the renting of my unit myself but had issues with tenants being responsible and paying on time. The tenants I have had have been great since using Presidential Properties. The team showed me great places that ticked all of the boxes. I love my apartment so much and have signed for another year. I felt truly supported through the buying & renting processes, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my future buying/selling/rental needs.
