Helpful and Responsive! Kristie at Presidential Properties was the most responsive and involved Realtor I worked with during my apartment search. Professional, personal and dedicated service! When we met Presidential Properties we were in a jam. school year was starting and we had to move out of our old apt. Kristie who came to our rescue was able within two weeks to lease a beautiful apt in Beacon Hill and at the same time -- help us break out of our old lease.
