I always stay at the Abraham Lincoln when I visit Springfield..Rooms.are clean pillows don't smell like sweat from someone's head.linen smells clean..The only issue I have is when I entered my room the air conditioning was full blast.It took two days after I turned the air off , for the room to warm up.I suffer with arthritis I do not want the air continuously The air should've been off and left up to me to turn it on. I have recommend the Abe.Linc.to my friends who have started staying there. See you in October. Constsnce S... read more

My room was nice. Comfortable beds, clean and neat. I'd stay here again.
Beautiful location. I was there for a business meeting. Very nice facility. I did not stay in the hotel. It has been many years since I stayed in the hotel. It had spectacular rooms then.
I was really disappointed in room service. We came in late ordered a salad no dressing or crackers and wings 3 celery sticks and no sauce. Plus it cost a fortune. I would not have minded if the order had been correct. The saving part was the waiter was nice.

Very nice hotel. Good location for doing things downtown. The bar and restaurant are very good. Security is great. My only issue is parking. Had to wait at the garage gate behind three other vehicles trying to get the payment system to work. Took 10 minutes for a hotel employee to come out and assist. They should make it so you can pay inside the hotel
Our room was very hot. Finally had housekeeping bring in a box fan and ran it 24 hours a day just to try to be comfortable. Also, 2 nights the restaurant was closed with no advance notice. We could eat in the bar, with a limited menu, but not the restaurant.
