I got stuck in a room by the elevator. They should never put anyone in those rooms. You hear everything and everyone. I could hear the people in the room next to me and also above. Someones phone was ringing from 6am till 9am. It was ridiculous. The food in the bar area was way too expensive. Cobb salad that was missing dressing and avocados and an ice tea was over $18. The pricing is outrageous. Only reason I stayed there was the meetings and reception was held there. At least I earned some Hilton points. Haha

My husband and myself stood there for the weekend during a sporting event my son had. The rooms were amazing, The hospitality was outstanding and the room service was beyond great. I would recommend anyone going to Springfield to stay at this Presidential Suites every time we go to Springfield, IL. We stay there the rates are unbelievably pricey and it's one of the most beautiful hotel I've stood at! Bravo to the Staff also from room service to desk clerks. Never had one little bitty complaint.
