The staff were great the room i reserved was unavailable so they gave me another accessible room with walk in tub plus they discounted my room and gave me and my daughter free breakfast. Also they're cookies are amazing!
The best Doubletree we have ever stayed at. Gorgeous hotel with a very "glamorous old Hollywood " type of feel. We had a suite on the 12th floor that was ample sized and the room was SPOTLESS! Every employee I mean EVERY EMPLOYEE was SO NICE AND REALLY "wanted " to help make your stay a better one. The food was also very good! Nice gym and pool. Very impressed. We stay at lots of higher end hotels than this and they would give those a run for their money based on the employee attitudes alone ! A+
Spent two days attending Veterans of Foreign Wars State Convention. Staff was very accommodating, everything was very clean and prolbems were quickly taken care of
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything in the building is so well kept. The food in the restaurant was so good too. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
