Location was good. Food was ok. I think everything was Out dated. The bedding was so old and dingy. Rusted pipes in the bathrooms. Needs to be updated.
Horrible is the only word I can use to describe our experience at this dump. After 2 1/2 hours on the road we walk in only to find out our room was not ready for us to relax. They told us on the phone our room would be ready by 3 pm we arrived at 2:45 pm and sat in a freaking cold lobby until 4:45 pm before we able to get in our room. They want you to be checked out by 12 noon but you can't get in until 3. I asked them how long it takes to clean one room and got no answer. The hotel has no private parking and you are forced to use the convention center parking garage. One would think that is great...not so much. Our vehicle along with 2 others had their windows smashed. Hotel doesn’t care and brushes it off as the convention centers issue. Very frustrating!
Second year in a row that we've had a wonderful hockey tournament weekend at this hotel!
Dated decor, inconvenient parking, bad service in the bar, and the use of magnet keys to use the elevator are so inconvenient. Have stayed at multiple Hiltons like Orlando World Center and etc... and this is not on par with other locations.
