On checking in confirmed breakfast was included,as it was from our tour info. At breakfast we were charged, the girl checked and said it wasn’t included. Had to ask 3 times for juice and water and the milk and ketchup requested, never did arrive. Reception agreed to sort the charge on check out but we were not impressed with the service. Also got charged $5.95 for a ginger beer, which is a soda!! Coke was $2.50
