Great hotel and staff good service
Excellent experience for our entire family. Even with our boat load of small children playing the staff did everything possible to insure our comfort. The hospitality coupled attentiveness was far more than expected. They made sure that our large group was taken care of many times over. Highly recommended! — with Emily Ann and Cindy Thorne.

On checking in confirmed breakfast was included,as it was from our tour info. At breakfast we were charged, the girl checked and said it wasn’t included. Had to ask 3 times for juice and water and the milk and ketchup requested, never did arrive. Reception agreed to sort the charge on check out but we were not impressed with the service. Also got charged $5.95 for a ginger beer, which is a soda!! Coke was $2.50
Excellent Hotel For Conferences and Family/Couple Getaways! Great value. Great service.
