I experienced some of the worst service today by the front desk staff. I've had problems in the past, but typically there was a decent explanation. This time I was told I could stay somewhere else if I was unhappy.

not military friendly, lots of hidden cost
The room was great but our fridge didn’t work called said if I have another one he would replace. He did but it barley worked food spoiled. We were quoted a price when booked 35.00 more each room each night. The hotel is beautiful clean great service
Great place to stay. Clean and convenient
I was there for the Lincoln half marathon. It was so close to the start and finish line. Very one was extremely nice at the hotel.

The most HORRIBLE customer service experience ever. I reserved two connecting rooms and prepaid. I came to the hotel at 11:15pm with my two children to check in after a birthday party for my father in law. Despite prepaying for the reservation, the hotel told me upon arrival that they had no rooms for me and my children and they sent me to another hotel that did not have comparable rooms. When I got to the other hotel, they could not check me in bc the Double Tree failed to make the appropriate arrangements. And the Double t... read more
