I experienced some of the worst service today by the front desk staff. I've had problems in the past, but typically there was a decent explanation. This time I was told I could stay somewhere else if I was unhappy.

RecommendedThe room was great but our fridge didn’t work called said if I have another one he would replace. He did but it barley worked food spoiled. We were quoted a price when booked 35.00 more each room each night. The hotel is beautiful clean great service

The most HORRIBLE customer service experience ever. I reserved two connecting rooms and prepaid. I came to the hotel at 11:15pm with my two children to check in after a birthday party for my father in law. Despite prepaying for the reservation, the hotel told me upon arrival that they had no rooms for me and my children and they sent me to another hotel that did not have comparable rooms.
