Beautiful hotel and attentive staff.
Near Capital and Stratton Buildings. Always clean and quiet. Drinks and food at Globe & Lindsey’s is good fare and reasonably priced. A must stay for Springfield business.
Had a trouble free stay here, nice hotel very nice staff, you can’t go wrong here.
This is a nice, quiet hotel right in Downtown Springfield near all the important sites.
I cannot believe the lack of service in this hotel. I am both a Marriott and Hilton Honors member and based on this experience I will only stay in Marriott for now on. I don’t care if it’s the state fair weekend. Even guest services is somewhat rude, unbelievable!
Beautiful hotel with nice clean decorated rooms. Beds and linens were extremely comfy and clean. The breakfast was very good and the wait staff very friendly. The hotel is 2 blocks away from the capital building and close to other attractions.
We could not have picked a better hotel/location. Everything is within walking distance, friendly service, clean amenities and my children's favorite........the pool! We had a wonderful weekend in Springfield!
