So many people and companies are being accommodating due to the impacts hurricanes are having on travel. Not this hotel or their staff. Hotel of last resort when I stay in Springfield!
The hotel is in a good location but the rooms are starting to get a bit run down. My shower head in my room was broken. Parking is also a pain if you park in the garage. It's an automated system so you have to pay each time you leave at $7 each time.
We didn't stay in the hotel as guest. We just stopped by for quick bite. The young man that waited on us was as nice as could be. The food was delicious.

I like the hotel. It was close to other activities. Staff was great. Food was okay but a little overpriced. The room was hot, air conditioning just not working right. We had it on 50 and it was still registering 80. No queen beds only full? I've never heard of a hotel that didn't have queen size beds and we were a family of five. No mini refrigerator in the room.
