Everything was awesome. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Had a great time their. Everything was walking distance to get where you needed to go to. We try to book here every year for St. Patrick's day and other events. I can't wait to return.
The hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Paying for parking is a bit of an annoyance, when there are many other options for places to stay that don't charge to park. The front desk did not tell me that I needed to scan my room key in the elevator to go up to my room. I was fortunate that someone else was on the elevator with me or I could have been there awhile.
My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed overnight on a Friday for a dance competition in Springfield. I had drove two hours to my daughters and then we drove over an hour to the hotel. We were greeted with smiles and cookies! We had a wonderful nights stay and look forward to our next stay...Thank You.
Awesome stay with excellent staff including Terri was great.
