We had a nice holiday stay no problems whatsoever. Had breakfast room service one morning, the waitstaff made sure they had the order correct and the food was perfectly prepared. Ate breakfast in the restaurant the next day and the buffet was great, GET THE BUSCUIT N GRAVY!!! Never had gravy SOOOO GOOOOD!!!! EVERRRR!! Again the wait staff were very attentive. Spend the extra $20 or so bucks and stay here in class.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were there for my friends wedding, the wedding coordinator and staff at the wedding were so attentive and went above and beyond! Excellent service and beautiful hotel!
Stayed for the Illinois Grand Lodge of Freemasons, the past 3 years and have been happy both time. Room rate was fair. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. and the cookies are delicious!!!!
This hotel is in a good location close to everything. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I had to take off 2 stars for two reasons....reason 1: the shower head is way too low... I am a little over 5 ft 10 and the shower head is even with my lips to my neck..... if I chopped off my head maybe I could stand comfortably to shower.... reason 2: the thermostat is mounted in the corner behind a chair and a lamp next to the curtains and the window.
