We stayed here one night for the state fair and we thought that the hotel was nice and had a lot to offer. However, for the price we paid for one night's stay (approx $150), we expected a little bit more (no complimentary breakfast, no fridge/microwave in the room, not overly friendly front desk employees, dirty bathtop tile, paid parking-$7).
