Great customer service, wonderful experience. The only issue was the parking, but that isn't the hotels fault. The city of Springfield should offer something better for those who stay at the hotel or are going to the convention center for activities over multiple days like we were.
Wonderful hotel in Springfield, IL. We had a lovely view from the top floor. Convenient location and nice staff.
The hotel is clean, staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a variety of fruits, veggies, eggs, meats, pasteries, including gluten free items. The hotel is located such that one can walk to the Lincoln museum and Springfield homesite.
The hotel is lovely but the front desk manager Bonnie is very dismissive and condescending and basically ruined the experience for us. She is she is not a good representive of the brand.
Will never stay there again!!! Oh wait I never got to stay in the 1st place. Booked a room 3 mths ago even got a email saying they couldn't wait for my visit confirming my reservation. Only to drive 8 hrs get there and be told they have no room! They don't even deserve a one star.
