I handle all the warranty here at Alan RItchey. The employees at Premier are courtesy and always help when they can. I deal with our Salesman Chris Hawkins now. If we ask him to help with something, he always gets it done. He probably is the best one yet. I hope he stays awhile. We enjoy seeing him when he comes to Alan RItchey.
My dealings with Premier Fort Worth are almost on a daily basis. I have been ordering parts and dealing with them many years. I have now one of the best salesman that I could ever ask for. Chris Hawkins came to us as our new salesman a while back and is very dependable, hard working and joy to be around.
