They a lil slow getting my truck in after being told on yesterday that they were waiting on me to get here....hopefully I get in soon and get necessary repairs

Jeremy and Jeff were very helpful on my rv recall.they delivered what they said they would.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with tech Joseph Cashen on some problems, he has been very helpful with them if you have any problems he can take care of you at Premier.

I got towed because of my def system it took 11/2hr for someone to put my drive shaft back in so I could drop my trailer but guess what when I started my truck the air tanks wouldn't charge so I went into service and told them about the problem (oh the tow truck driver left the plug out of one your air tanks i'll send a mechanic to put it back in for you) after an 1/2 hr wait I found the plug and put it in myself, just ti make a long story short it took two days to diagnose and fix a $71 part on my def system this dealership... read more
