I wear out the parts department, specifically Ronnie Partridge on a daily basis. Ronnie goes above and beyond my expectations making sure I get the right parts. If I need pictures on hard to find parts, Ronnie get me the right picture and will not give up until I get the parts I need. I also get the pleasure of my delivery man Mac coming daily sometimes twice daily. I know I can count on these men helping me to get a vehicle back on the road with hours of a breakdown.
I have been dealing with the Parts department for a while now and can’t say enough positive things about the personal there. They have gone above and beyond to get me what I need. Special thanks to cj, both Cody’s, bob, Russell, Brian, Adam and really just everyone at the front counter for all the help. Also to the cashiers. Thanks a lot. Definitely recommend them for all your truck needs.
We just bought a truck from Premier in Ft.Worth. Our salesman Greg Mccaslin was awesome. We are a new start up company from Alabama and had all types of problems obtaining insurance. We put a small deposit on the truck to hold it while we jumped through the hoops with the insurance company. It took a couple weeks to finally get insured but Premier gave us the time to close the deal despite enormous pressure from corporate to dump us and sell the truck to someone else. Same owner in Dallas by the Truckstops more reasonable prices.I dint know what made me stop in their yesterday.In the past I have been hosed in the shop and has my truck hit their also.Ill never come back
