Self showing process was easy and convenient. Staff is friendly and easily accessible. Brenda, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that we landed the property we wanted. Definitely a step above the rest of the management companies in the DFW area.
Real Property Management is way better than my last management company. When I contact them, I know that the ball is rolling. They take action, and I feel like a valued tenant when I talk to their staff.
These guys are great, especially Glenda. She is not just easy to work with, but fun too. This company is professional, yet welcoming, and kind.
I have been renting a home that RPM manages and it has been the best experience! We had a few minor maintenance issues upon move-in and they were repaired in a very timely manner. The contractors all worked with our schedule so no time off work needed! Easy communication and quick responses!
RPM has taking care of all my problems and haven't failed me none. I have been with the management company for 8 years and has always answered or solved any concerns I may have had.
Quick and sleamless, they were easy to get in contact with and were able to meet all my needs.
