I love living in their properties, they are great managers. If I need a repair it's always taken care of promptly. All the staff are very sweet and I enjoy speaking with them when I need to call the office. I am now in my 2nd home that they manage. Thanks for making my rental experience an easy one. I will always recommend you guys!
The SPM team is responsive and engaging which is refreshing. The most important aspect of this company is that they really partner with owners who offer properties that renters can be proud to call home. Well kept in nice neighborhoods. I love my house and the neighborhood. Kudos to SPM!!! I would refer anyone to them.
Just moved into a house using SpecializedRPM, has been a great experience. Everyone has been very helpful and professional. Brenda has gone above and beyond expectations every time we had a question or concern. She has made this move a great experience, especially considering how crazy the holidays can be. If I could give 10 stars I would!
As a landlord this company was great to work with when it was Real Property Management. Estimates were in line with other contractors, things were done in a timely manner, and communication was excellent. Once they transitioned to SPM and had new people, the maintenance department turned into an absolute nightmare to work with. Estimates were over the top, work dragged out, and absolute worst communication with a company I've seen in a long time.
They are Scammers Stay Away!
Their maintenance system is ridiculously impersonal, inefficient, and demoralizing. They need to have a single human being take responsibility for the request and see it through to the end rather and triage the request at random. I feel so unvalued and disrespected as a customer. I am living without power in 75% of my apartment and I've only lived here 5 days -- almost completely in the dark. This is absurd.
