This is my first experience with renting RPM made the process so easy. They have been so responsive to any of my or the tenants needs. They rented my property so fast I was so surprised. I would recommend them if you are looking for someone to manage your property.
My family relocated to DFW from out of state. It was very challenging trying to handle everything from such a distance, but RPM was very helpful in the process. The virtual tour gave me peace of mind since I was not able to view the property n person.

I have been with RPM about a week and my experience thus far has been positive overall. Pros: easy access to available properties through an online service called Rently; straightforward lease process; responsive employees (especially Terrance, Brenda, and Jon). Cons: deposits and fees are only payable by cashier's check or money order (I am car-free by choice, so on top of the $5 fee per money order, I had to reserve a Zipcar to drop off the money orders in person); lack of clarity regarding a primary contact if an issue mo... read more
