I have had very poor treatment from two of the employees there. They are very difficult to get in touch with and they make it really hard to be a tenant. I hope homeowners are aware of the company that is representing their properties. It's funny that most of the 5 star reviews come from the employees!
RPM does not respond to tenants needs in a timely fashion, properties not kept up to code and they are extremely hard to get in touch with.
I used Garrett George as my real estate agent last year. He worked very hard to get my house in showcase ready to sell quality. My house sold in 31 days. I am a widow and needed to downsize. He worked just as hard finding the perfect cozy home for me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Garrett as real estate agent.
