Exceeded my expectations!
Avoid. Just all around bad. No A/C in first floor for entire summer. Leaks that would just get painted over instead of fixed. A “terminated” swimming pool that collected rainwater and mosquitoes that they refused to fix that caused me to get written up by the city. Several other issues. Then no deposit returned and charged me money on top. Decided not to dispute charges because I wanted to be done with them but they made it impossible to pay the balance. **UPDATE*** Terry Cottle; Maintenance Manager is amazing to work with and he handled the situation with respect and urgency. Best employee in their company by far. Thank you Terry for handling the discrepancy in such a professional manner. I do recommend Terry. Worst company I have ever dealt with!! We have been tenants for 4 months and our AC has been broke 3 times. I am a single mother and have a 3 year old child and they refuse to give us a working AC, it is 100 degrees in Texas and are now charging us to replace the AC s... read more

My husband and I have really enjoyed being tenants of specialized property management. We did notice that the properties that they manage are well kept and in nice neighborhoods. There maintenance Dept response are very timely. There accounting Dept are also helpful in explaining what procedure to take on paying your lease. We are very pleased to be DPM customers.
