They keep raising rent on us even though we have been there for years. We are living paycheck to paycheck and am considering moving out very soon and will never do business with them every again.
I am only giving them one star because there is not an option for zero! Do not lease a property via this management company and if you do, pray that you don't ever need anything repaired, especially your ac unit in the Texas heat! We have been leasing a house with them since December and it has been 6 months of HE$@. the power group "BRINGING POWER TO THE PEOPLE"
So I just got in to my new rent home and start to finish it was a great experience. RPM was quick to respond and really helped me through the entire process. I personally dealt with Stephanie, Monika, and Brenda they did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone!
