My sister had a TERRIBLE experience when renting a home through this property management. From day one, this firm has been super unresponsive and unprofessional. My sister and brother in law were raising their new born baby in the rental home and had so many issues that never got resolved. My family and I helped my sister clean the entire house once her lease was up and left that house spotless! I was very unhappy with my experience with Specialized. I was pressured by Jon to make a decision quickly on hiring Specialized even when I told him I needed to get through tax season before I could read the details of the management agreement. Then after signing, I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me. Our Ac has been out for 4 hours . It was 100 outside today . Our house is now at 82. We have called 3 times now with no result in anyone calling or coming out ! This is absolutely ridiculous in this hot of weather ! We will be letting our landlord know as well how we got no service !
I love living in their properties, they are great managers. If I need a repair it's always taken care of promptly. All the staff are very sweet and I enjoy speaking with them when I need to call the office. I am now in my 2nd home that they manage. Thanks for making my rental experience an easy one. I will always recommend you guys!
