I was referred to dr brent by the retina specialist prescribed eye drops and the infection did not go away.Returned to the retina specialist for my injection and the infection is still there back to premier I must return co payments are not cheap and going to the doctors three to four times a week plus getting prescriptions filled is costly.Not only is the infection not gone my swelling behind the retina is increasing,and i am in a lot of pain my concern is that they would not see me in the office because i owed them 10.00 n... read more

RecommendedI cannot express enough satisfaction with the staff—Lynda and Dr. Brent were open, honest, helpful, and friendly during my whole process. Even before knowing if I was truly a candidate for PRK, Lynda was calling to check up on me and discuss any questions I had. I love my new eyes!!! And want to thank the staff at Premier Eye Care for the amazing experience. As a graphic designer my eye for fine details and pixel by pixel accuracy means everything to me. I am not usually one to post public complaints. But I am truly horrified with how I was treated today at the tuscarora street office. Today my appointment was at 1:10 pm with Dr. O'Donnell (I was a new patient). I arrived a little early around 1:00 PM. I waited half an hour in the first waiting room, saw a tech, and waited another hour and a half in the second waiting room. I just had my one year follow up since my LASIK with Dr. Pham and was told my vision is 20/15!
About a year ago I had Lasik corrective surgery performed by Dr. Pham. From my initial consultation to surgery prep, surgery and post op care I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Dr. Pham was great through out the entire process, and everyone I came in contact with at Premier were awesome! I'd list names, but I don't want to miss anyone and it literally was EVERYONE that made it what it was. I would recommend Premier to anyone for any of your eye care needs.
I have been a patient of Premier Eye Care Group for 10 years. I started out as a contact lens patient with Dr Stegura. Dr Stegura provided the best contact lens care. Less than a year ago I received Lasik Corrective Lens Surgery by Dr Pham. During the Surgery Dr Pham and the staff made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I am so happy with the results.
