I had PRK last Thursday. Had my 'contact bandage' removed today. TOTALLY a satisfied patient. The worst part (if you want to call it that) was the contact. And even that was more than do-able. It just felt like my contact needed changed. But it wasnt a constant annoyance. Every day saw my vision getting clearer. Lynda, Dr Brent and all the staff who I interacted with were wonderful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I was in Phoenix on holiday; I took the wrong glasses. I found Premier via a search based on reviews. I am not a patient and needed no exam, etc. I needed the lenses in the pair I brought to be swapped for lenses with my present prescription. The woman who handled this for me was very helpful and patient with my insurance company. I was leaving Phoenix and needed the glasses shipped which Premier did at its expense in a timely manner. So 10+ years after my successful LASIK and yearly appointments for me and my family, it is time to move on and find another practice. I called this morning to make an appointment for our annual checkup and was told I could only schedule 2 of us at a time. Apparently 3 is too many in case we cancel. Really? Plus they only do one Saturday a month now. Oh well. They have policies, I have a family. I would still recommend them for LASIK and our service before this has always been great.
The staff here at Premier are excellent at what they do. They are caring and treat all their patients with respect. Thanks to the amazing talented staff at Premier I have been able to have my vision corrected & not have to wear contacts or glasses constantly. I only have to wear glasses to drive at night. I’ve been wearing them since I was 13 months old. Thank you again for giving me a new OUTLOOK on life.
This is an awesome office! Friendly/professional docs,nurses and staff. Very prompt with both my appointments and great care!
