I am so happy that I went to Premier for my PRK instead of the super pushy place I initially looked into. Everyone at Premier is absolutely fantastic. I love that they explained everything to me, there were no unpleasant surprises. They are courteous and patient ( it took me six months to take the final step). Dr. Brent talked to me through the surgery and told me what was going on which cut my anxiety to almost nothing. I had my procedure yesterday and I can see quite well already. they were great. my husband hurt his eye was never their before they got him right in and taken care of. all in a matter of 2 hours.
I have been a patient for many years. Unfortunately, the bigger they grow, the worse they get. For instance, I went to their optical shop on the Tuscarora St yesterday to get my eye glasses made. I brought my in own frame, and just needed the lenses put on. I can’t believe they wanted me to sign a waver, just in case they or the lab damage my frame. So that they are not responsible.
