I made an appointment for my son whose 5 with possible Strabismus. I show up and show them that I have paid United Health insurance as well as medical assistance since my son has a disability. The person at the desk Karen in Camp Hill IMMEDIATELY said they could not see him! I said if I were to show you the paid UH card ONLY you would have seen him and she said YES! I couldn't be more irritated with the customer service provided at Premier Eye Care this morning. On my way to my 8:10 am appointment, I called to make the staff aware that I would be running about 10 minutes late due to an accident on 81 (it snowed overnight). Staff who answered the phone told me that they had a 15 minute policy and that I needed to "be safe but hurry, or I would need to reschedule my appointment."
