Neat, professional, and friendly
I had a leak in my water main just past the city water meter. I was very pleased with the response time and quality of the repairs. I was kept informed during the progress of the work and the technician didn't mind questions during the work progress. I was very pleased with the professionalism of both men who performed my repairs. Will call them again as necessary.

Because of a disconnect getting my HomeAdvisor schedule entered into the Precise Plumbing internal schedule the job was started 4.5 hrs late but was done on the day originally scheduled. John & Wes were very friendly and professional. I liked the booties they put over their shoes before entering my house. The drain was quickly cleared and the area left as clean as when they started. Precise is definitely my preferred plumber after today.
