John came to my house immediately for my emergency and his job was pretty well. Highly recommend.

I scheduled my appointment through Home Advisor but never got a call. When I reached out, John said my info didn't get into his system so he was unaware of my appointment. He was very professional and apologetic though, and he and his assistant came around 5:30 that night.
