Arrived on time. Quick repair, very courteous service and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Precise Plumbing.
He is very thorough, quick to answer questions, the pricing is upfront and does good work.
John Cook is master plumber who stands behind his work. He is in constant communication with the customer and is never late to an appointment. I would certainly hire John again and would recommend anyone looking for plumbing repairs or installations to give John a call for a project done correctly and within budget.
It was not clear from Home Advisor that the appointment time was the start of a 2 hour appointment window. When called, the plumber was very courteous, and arrived exactly when scheduled.
John was really helpful. He couldn't get water heater to work after because he thought it was an electrical problem.

I experienced a slab leak that was a very tricky job. John has been very courteous and I had a great customer service experience with him. He explained everything as he did it and made sure to keep me in the loop of my project and made me comfortable with everything we were doing. We did experience some hiccups through this project but sometimes these things happen and needless to say John has exemplified professionalism and a willingness to help in every way possible.
Arrival was on time as promised, no waiting time.
