John Cook and his Co-Worker, Wes, did a great job in fixing a leak at the water main in the driveway. They took their time to fix the leak, add a change in the pipe so that it should not happen again, and did all this without having to disturb the concrete surrounding the access point. On top of this, the cost was well under the estimates given to us by several other plumbing vendors. We are very happy with the results!
The first tank came dented out of the box. John could have installed it and not told me, but he chose to show me and, even though the dent would not affect performance, offer to go get another one. Which they did. John also seemed more knowledgeable on heating tank products and technology than other contractors.
They did a great job.
Came when promised, fixed the problem and was very courteous.
These guys were prompt, proficient and most importantly, they stand behind their work!

He is very thorough, quick to answer questions, the pricing is upfront and does good work.
John Cook is master plumber who stands behind his work. He is in constant communication with the customer and is never late to an appointment. I would certainly hire John again and would recommend anyone looking for plumbing repairs or installations to give John a call for a project done correctly and within budget.
It was not clear from Home Advisor that the appointment time was the start of a 2 hour appointment window. When called, the plumber was very courteous, and arrived exactly when scheduled.
