Precise came out to reset our toilet that was leaking. Due to some miscommunication, the initial price agreed upon wouldn't cover the repair that was needed. Precise then told us we would have to pay to remove and reset the toilet $250 in addition to the repair to the flange in the floor which was $450. The cost to repair the flange under the toilet should have included remove and reset as there is no way to repair without removing the toilet. With all do respect. If we would have been made aware of before the work began that the flange had been broken and attempted to be gorilla glued back together. We could have given the estimate to replace the closet flange before beginning the work as it is all up front pricing. Very rarely can u tell if a flange is broken without removing the toilet. They called quickly, arrived on time, were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleases. the only thing is that they are very expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. I'd reccomend them.

Would not recommend this company. Could not fix my problem and advised I needed all new fixtures. Fixed it myself next day as I was pretty sure it could be done.
I was called quickly after submitting the request. They arrived when they said they would and the problem with our faucet was fixed and they left no mess.
John has become my plumber of choice. Knowledgeable, communicates clearly what needs to be done, and pricing is straight forward.
I was called by them and he said time tight, could be last the evening before. (a notice) Job done very fast. Price seems high but I okay it.

Did the job thoroughly. Was patient while I researched through several options. Little expensive, but I recommend atleast talking to him and get a quote.
