Excellent service. They encountered a problem that the city had to fix, called the city water dept, got them on site within the hour, problem fixed, faucet installed. Perfection!
John and Clint were great guys, very professional and knowledgable. will use them again in the future.
Prompt, professional, installed two new faucets in double sink vanity including new supply lines; had to return to fix leak in drain pipe (cracked o-ring in compression fitting) no extra charge; thought pricing was a bit on the high side at $350 including parts, labor and tax, but still competitive; would use them again

John was GREAT! He responded immediately to my request on homeadvisor. He also wanted to know if it was an emergency, which it wasn't. so he suggested Monday to keep down my cost. I think the $$ was a little high, but the customer service makes it worthwhile! He told me on Saturday when they'd be here. Called this morning to give me an ETA and was here on the dot!!! Handled my problem and was in and out within 15 mins or less. If I have any other issues, will be contacting John!
Had a slab leak that eventually the builder agreed to cover the repair. John at Precise Plumbing diagnosed the problem. He and Clint were very professional and I highly recommend them.
Great company, John and I believe Flint showed up on time and were courteous. They even placed foot booties on there feet, so not to bring dirt into the home. Pricingwas fair and they explained all of the work before starting.
