Very courteous and professional. John also changed out the flapper and valve on the toilet when I complained about how loud it was. Will have him come back and fix my other toilets that have the same problem. He is top notch!

Courteous professional and fast
John Cook and his Co-Worker, Wes, did a great job in fixing a leak at the water main in the driveway. They took their time to fix the leak, add a change in the pipe so that it should not happen again, and did all this without having to disturb the concrete surrounding the access point. On top of this, the cost was well under the estimates given to us by several other plumbing vendors. We are very happy with the results!
The first tank came dented out of the box. John could have installed it and not told me, but he chose to show me and, even though the dent would not affect performance, offer to go get another one. Which they did. John also seemed more knowledgeable on heating tank products and technology than other contractors.
They did a great job.
Came when promised, fixed the problem and was very courteous.
These guys were prompt, proficient and most importantly, they stand behind their work!
